"Cleanliness can be improved and beds are very soft. We didn’t like it. Every room has a lock and one was locked upon arrival. We had to request the code to open the door. We asked to check out later. Only 2hrs later possible. We booked 2 apartments and asked for a late check out for only o e apartment. They charged us for both. On top of it the cleaning lady entered the apartment to clean at 9h15 while we were still in it!! She didn’t care and cleaned anyway. Very uncomfortable and awkward. A...

"A truly wonderful hotel set in beautiful, peaceful, and green surroundings. The room was spacious, well-designed, and very comfortable, with an excellent bed and especially a great mattress that ensured a perfect night’s sleep. The service was outstanding, and all the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast was delicious with a great selection of fresh and tasty options. The location was incredibly quiet and relaxing, surrounded by nature and greenery, making it the perfect place to unwind. I can highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning. It certainly won’t be my last visit."

"First room was small and dingy on the first floor. I traveling with a group and my friend’s rooms were a lot nicer than mine even though we booked the same type of room. I then upgraded myself to a suite and that was great so it all depends on what room they put you in. The location could not be better. I would stay again."

"Excellent location within walking distance of everything, just across the street from the train station and steps away from the main pedestrian zone with all the stores. The front desk staff were extremely polite and helpful. Pretty decent breakfast with nice selections but if you're staying for more than 2-3 days it gets a bit repetitive. I love that they have a coffee machine that you can access any time of day or night! The room was pretty small but manageable for one person. I really wish there were more flat surfaces in the room. A small desk is just not enough to put everything down and to have space to work if needed. I found myself moving stuff from the desk to the bed and back to the desk multiple times a day. Just adding a shelf or a couple of small tables in the empty space could make a big difference. But overall it's a pretty nice hotel in a great location."
