"We arrived around 7:45pm. We had to stop in traffic to unload. I was in a pretty large truck, so not really ideal. There was a valet booth, but nobody was present. I went inside, and asked where the valet was. They said there should be one there. I went out, and looked around, and just down the sidewalk was the valet...talking to two provocatively dressed women...while he watched the fifa soccer games on the GIANT screen across the street. He saw me, and started to come to the valet booth. Then he heard the soccer crowd go crazy and turned to go back to see what happened in the soccer game. I told him he needed to be paying attention to his job, and he came back again. He put a smile on and took my keys and did his job from that point forward. Literally everything else about this hotel was great. Its an older hotel, so somethings get overlooked, but by and large, it was a decent stay. Pretty quiet in the room. We were on the 26th floor, and the view was spectacular. 4 out of 5 stars just because the valet couldnt break away from the game."

"The Hotel was great, the front counter guy was awesome. With that said the housekeeper must have let the suite next door slam shut while she was cleaning about 20-25 times. We even asked her to please put the cart in the way to keep the door opened while she cleaned. But didn’t. As we were taking a much needed nap after traveling. Also the swim up bar allows toddlers to play on the barstools. So not exactly adult time for others without kids."

"Everything for our short stay was great. My only suggestion is management addressing what felt like a shortage with the shuttle services. Staff handled it well and were polite but overwhelmed and we luckily caught a shuttle an hour after our flight and not being able to reach the shuttle service line. We would have had to wait at least another hour if not or get a care service. The driver was super nice and friendly and again were the staff, it was a breeze to check in and out the next morning to catch our flight."
