Our room was filthy, the toilet, bathtub and shower had hair all over it. The room smelled like burnt coffee and must, the tile floors hadn’t been swept or mopped and were sticky. The carpet was musty and had human and pet hair all over it. The kitchenette area had crumbs on it and the garbage disposal didn’t work so when the sink was turned on it wouldn’t drain and old food would come from the disposal and the bed was propped up by a piece or raw wood. We arrived in the middle of the night so when I took my concerns to the front desk the next morning, along with videos and pictures, they apologized and offered to send their best housekeeper to our room the following day to clean for us. I refused as we weren’t going to stay in the room like that another day and we went and purchased our own cleaning products and clean the room ourselves.

The receptionist gave us keys to a room that was already being occupied. The shade in our room wouldn't go down all the way. We had to stuff pillows in half of it so nobody could look in on us. We were there for 4 nights and got one packet of coffee and told we had to pay for the other 3 days of coffee or use the lobby coffee. In 20 years of traveling I never heard of that. Ran out of toilet. Was afraid to ask figuring we had to pay for that too. It's no wonder I've never booked at this hotel before and probably last time. Room was nice having a kitchenette that we didn't really use and the reclining chair was nice for my achey husband
