"Really nice staff who offered to keep my dog’s food cold in their refrigerator. We were well greeted and they gave me good nearby food recommendations. The main floor had a bit of a not so great smell and the room was pretty small but it was clean and I got a good night sleep. They also let me check out 30 minutes late. I would probably come back again."

"This is a luxury hotel with fantastic views over the lake. Valet parking and luggage transfer (you can get to your car if you forget something) which was really helpful. Housekeeping is superb and the hotel is spotless. Be aware of the difference between La Table and Salon restaurants, especially if you only want a continental breakfast, as it isn't immediately obvious. Excellent selection of drinks and wine by the glass and helpful bar staff. My spoken French didn't rate with them, so...

"Hotel situé directement dans la vieille ville, près de tous les sites touristiques et des restos. Très pratique; cependant. Il faut savoir que l,accès en auto est impossible après 11 hres. Il faut alors transporter les valises et l,accès n,est pas facile. Des stationnements sont situés tout près et un rabais est offert par l,hôtel."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Catarina B&B! The hosts were incredibly warm and helpful; and the room and the whole facility were sparkling clean and charming. The homemade breakfast was fantastic, especially the freshly home baked goods every morning. Convenient location, quiet with walking and hiking options, yet close to the city and several restaurants near by. The view of Alps was breathtaking! "

"I checked in late with the machine that prints your cards for you right outside the main door, very simple. I didn't have enough time to book the parking spots but was able to find parking on the road nearby and it's just down the street from Poste parking garage. Street parking is free from 7pm-9am M-F and Sundays/Holidays. The washing machine also comes with laundry soap already so you don't have to buy any. You just need to get coins from the front desk (I forget how much a load costs maybe 5...

"Great location. Walking distance from the train station and bus terminal. Short walk to old city and the lake! Clean and modern rooms, comfortable beds, fantastic rain shower with really good water pressure. Breakfast was quite good as they provide farm fresh eggs and the typical French breakfast accompaniments."

"This place is a hidden gem even in the rain. Beautiful views surrounded us. The view from our room was amazing. The attractive style of the hotel made us feel very cozy and comfortable. Breakfast was delightful. We rented e-bikes on property and cycled the lake trail. So fun!! Wish we’d allocated more than one night. I don’t see how you could be disappointed especially in the warmer months to use the lake amenities. Hope to return."
