We immediately notified the staff member but she was no help and gave us the run around that we should not book with expedia and it was out of her control. She told us to contact expedia. After contacting expedia her explanation changed. The hotel was experiencing some renovations and the room type were over booked. I contact the general manager and never received a reply."

"Honest staff! My daughter forgot her iPad and they had it in the office and shipped it back to me!! They even called to let me know it the iPad was packaged and will be shipped out shortly. Room was clean. Everything as expected."
