Hotel berdekatan Fantasy Lake Water Park

"The hotel advertises a hot tub. It was not working. When I asked the staff they said it is only a whirlpool that circulates water, it has never been a hot tub. The elevator was broken the entire weekend. I booked this hotel because I was in town running an ultra martial and wanted the hot tub to speed recovery. The clear misrepresentation in advertising really is ticking me off. I guess I will vote with my feet and add holiday in to my list of never again"

"Just skip this place. Its not a family friendly environment. It's located in a very sketchy part of town. I left as soon as I checked in. I did not feel safe. Dirty sheets, a vial of used I don't know what, questionable people and acts occurring on and around the property...nobody cared. "

"Check-in procedure was excellent. The young man from New York who checked us in was absolutely amazing. I unfortunately don’t remember his name, but his customer service was top-tier. Friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The property itself was very clean and well-kept. Parking was a little tight, but nothing major. The only issue I had was with the checkout process. Checkout was at 11:00 AM, and instead of simply calling the room as a courtesy reminder, someone knocked on the door...

"Young Lady on Friday night 5/15/26 late was very helpful and friendly. We were originally going to stay in room 165 but key would not work on door. So went back to say keys do not work on door the clerk reconfigured keys and we went back to the door and it still would not work. So we had to go back again and this time she came back with the master and that DID NOT WORK!! So now 15 minutes passes tired irritated she goes all the way back to office to get us another set of keys to another room...

The bathroom was even worse—mold on the tiles, broken fixtures, and a persistent foul odor. Every single amenity they claimed to have was broken or missing. The whole place felt like a health hazard. Save yourself the misery—don’t stay here."
