"The room was clean and quiet. It had been renovated recently and they did a nice job of it. Breakfast was fine, though the breakfast area was a bit cramped. Though the motel sits close to a highway, we couldn't hear any road noise and slept very well. I took a walk in the neighborhood in the early evening and that was good too. The staff gave us a good recommendation on where to eat dinner too. We would stay there again. "

"This property has a very pretty lobby area with a fireplace and clean lines. The updates stop there. I would say that our room seemed “tired”. Needed to clean the white doors, fix the scuffed and marred furniture. The bathroom had rust marks on the doorframe. Our bed was very uncomfortable. Might be ok for younger bodies😏. Would not stay here again "

"Got in late. Left early. Not much of a breakfast. I grabbed a small cup of coffee and got on the road. Desk clerk at intake didn't make me feel welcomed. Still, the room was clean, bed comfortable, and nice and quiet!"

"They don't offer kitchen kits despite offering kitchen amenities. Its not egregious but its personal preference considering most people who are traveling don't take pots and pans with them. The room was clean and comfortable but the floor was a little scratched up and the wall was too. And the air was incredibly dry in the room and it made the experience not as great. However overall Id recommend this hotel. Very high quality for the price <3"

"For the price it was a good place to stay. Good location and clean. Check in was a little strange that at 5 in the afternoon I had to call someone, but didn’t take long. "

"The room was great for the price. I feel the bathroom could have used some bleach in the tub, but it wasn't too bad. I stayed for several days and there were no issues with noise. The bed was decently comfortable. I did not partake in the complimentary breakfast because Denny's is in the same parking lot, so I went there. It was very affordable in comparison, and I would most likely choose to stay there again if I'm in Grand Junction. "

"Property was not clean. Sheets and towels were stained. Floor had dried splattered paint and construction debris. Shower was old and in disrepair. No grab bars. Smoke detector was hanging open without batteries. Shower curtain was missing hooks and just hanging halfway off the track. The wall behind the toilet and in front of the shower showed water damage. The sink was dirty and needs replaced. The thermostat and light switches were grimy. "

"Had a wonderful experience during my recent stay. The staff was incredibly professional, welcoming and attentive especially Lexi at the front desk! The hotel was clean and well maintained. The location was convenient since our son attends CMU and plays baseball for them so we walked the beautiful campus. I highly recommend staying at this location. Looking forward to our next visit!"
