A bit off the beaten track for tourist attractions, but that was what I was looking for. Will definitely be visiting again soon!"
"They had smoking rooms, which are hard to find these days. The staff (front desk and housekeeping) were very friendly and helpful. Although the washer/dryer was small, it was free, which came in very handy for us. Although the room was small with no closet, it was very clean and comfortable. So many restaurants within walking distance.
All in all, it's not a high-end hotel, but great value for the price."

It can be very confusing for a foreigner. However it gets easy once you learn how to operate everything. The room is well worth the money most days its 80,000 Korean won However on Saturday its 175,000 Korean won. "

"This hotel reminds me of luxurious Las Vegas hotels. The service is excellent from the moment you step off your vehicle when arriving for check in. The staff we encountered throughout the whole process were excellent.
The property smells and feels luxurious. There are many dining and shopping options nearby or within the complex. Our room had a wonderful view of the Lotte World Tower. It was spacious with wonderful amenities.
This is one of the top hotels in Seoul and the price of food onsite reflects that.

"Very nice hotel however, my only complaint would be the poor explanation during check in that the outdoor pool usage was an extra charge. We werenโt made aware of that until we went to use the pool and were told it was reserved for certain guests. The next day when I went to the front desk to inquire I was told my room didnโt include the pool, didnโt even know that was an additional fee when booking."
