Nice, clean and modern. Fantastic gym and pool facilities as attached to the residences.

The room was a good size and had what I needed with the kitchen etc. and bed extremely comfortable. However, after staying in 2 Adina’s in Brisbane. Which is why I chose this one along with its close proximity to everything I needed it was old and furniture old and outdated. It is in need of a refurb. I was placed in what is an apartment for disabled people I felt quite guilty being in there in case it might have been available for them. The reception staff were lovely and friendly and check in and check out seamless. A shout out to the lovely lady who wore her head scarf as she got got into my car to help me find the car parking as I was struggling to find it. She went above and beyond and I was super impressed with her!! Please pass this onto her manager.

This hotel has not aged well, stayed previously and was excellent. This time as soon as off the elevator cigarette smell, entered my room and the bedside draw front hanging off. Bath tap dripped entire stay. Although clean very old. No info in room for anything including wifi password.

Sebastian was very polite and helpful. He helped plan and secure activities for me in the area. He was always ready to assist with luggage or help with any problem-solving. The other gentleman that worked at the same time was also very nice and helpful.
