My room key didn’t work again, but they finally got it to work again. No room service after 9:30pm, we had to go get the food ourselves, but it was good food. The swimming pool water was too cold. They didn’t clean our room. Believe it or not Holiday Inn Nashville Vanderbilt WAS my favorite place to stay while in Nashville. AFTER THIS TRIP, I KNOW I NEED TO FIND SOMEPLACE ELSE TO STAY IN NASHVILLE."

"Easy to check in, but room felt like it could have been cleaned better. The floor was extremely dirty and seemed like it had not been mopped/cleaned in quite some time. The pool also seemed like it had not been cleaned in a while."

"I recently stayed at La Quinta Inn in Nashville and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The room itself was not well maintained — there were visible cigarette burns on the comforter, which immediately raised concerns about cleanliness and upkeep. The biggest issue, though, was the noise and lack of management response. Around 6 a.m., there were people outside our room in the parking lot screaming, along with others revving their car engines near the lobby area. This went on long enough to completely disrupt our sleep, and despite how close this was to the front desk, nothing was done to address it. Check-in also set a negative tone from the start. The staff member who assisted us was rude and unwelcoming, which is not what you expect after a long day of travel. Because of these issues, we chose to leave early. We attempted to work through Expedia to resolve the situation, but the hotel declined to respond to their outreach regarding a refund. Overall, this stay felt poorly managed, unclean, and unprofessional. I would not recommend this property."
