Good hotel. Very comfortable rooms

The room was very nice, comfortable and clean. The hallways need updating. Breakfast was good. Hot and cold foods. Elevator would have made this hotel much nicer, especially lugging up suitcases up and down stairs

It's a room, don't expect more.

Paper products (kleenex, TP) were low quality. Pool was closed. Breakfast had very few choices and only sugary cereal.

Nice big room. 2 queen beds, comfy chair, table and chairs. Big bathroom with room to spread out all my “stuff.” Cable TV with free HBO. We used the hot tub and pool. Free breakfast was good. We had sausage and eggs. A great value! We would definitely stay here again.

Only disappointment was the pool being out if service. I was told it was removed from the amenities section of the website, but when you have stayed there before this, you don't look at the AMENITIES. Shame on Choice Hotels for not putting it in LARGE BOLD LETTERS on the home page of the Fairmont location! Front desk employee was OUTSTANDING!

Was just looking for a quick, inexpensive, not-badly rated hotel...this fit the bill. Nothing special, but nothing horrible - except the breakfast! If you're getting it because breakfast is included, it's just a prepackaged sausage sandwich to throw in a microwave, or small boxes of cereal and a packaged muffin.

Pleasant and Competent Staff in a tired Hotel

The hotel has a pleasant front desk manager with a can do attitude. It is close to the highway (I-90) and to downtown. There are some restaurants close by, so, the burger place with the arches and taco joint, are not your only options. The room was clean, but dated and a bit dark (could use more light). Breakfast was uninspiring. The usual sugar fare of cereals, waffles (whitone makes), eggs with velvets (yuck…. this is a state with decent cheese and yet this is dished out). So, in sum, it is a surprisingly quiet place and a stop along I90 that seems to have competent staff but hotel is dated and is show its years.

We have stayed at Quality Inns in 4 states and always been very welcome. We always have a large stock trailer and they are always accomodating. We travel weekdays, arrive late and leave early. We've always been told to feel free to park anywhere we aren't blocking anyone. There's always ample places for us to fit. This particular location however said we couldn't park on the hotel property despite it being 12am and having plenty of space. We were told to go to the truck stop 2 properties away and leave our vehicle in the back lot. No lights, far away from everything. There was no specific warning about no rvs, no trailers, etc. Clean hotel, nice setup but stay away if you travel with anything other than a vehicle.
