"Rooms look very beautiful. Private bathroom is spacious and clean. Staff behaved well. Only downside all the rooms do not have heating systems. There is only one heat pump located beside the kitchen. Overall good."

"Stayed in a family room / apartment facing the lake. The best hotel among the 7 hotel we stayed in New Zealand - was very comfortable. They even had a washing machine / dryer in the room itself!
