As a repeat guest of this establishment, upon my inital check-in on March 30 2026 at approximately 1230pm, I was experienced an unwelcoming demeanor from the front desk staff at this establishment. Not sure if it was the way I looked, dressed or my ethnicity (asian). Upon presenting my form of payment, (Zip, Pay in 4), to the hispanic female front desk attendant, she questioned my form of payment to the General Manager or Manager on Duty(Caucasian Female) Jazmine Bonnett. The MOD said that they do not take Zip as payment, but they have taken it in the past. On the fly, the MOD "decided" not to honor this credit card. The sign posted on the desk ONLY mentions Chime, Venmo and Cashapp as payment they DO NOT accept! She added, "as of today, we will not accept that form of payment. That statement is ridiculous in itself! Customer service was rude and overall terrible! I will continue to follow up and leave reviews that spotlights the inconvenience and overall lack of customer service at this "hotel". Be consistent with what is communicated with your guests and do better at your "job". If not, you wont have one soon!
