"The property is lovely and cute and the rooms are clean, comfortable and warmly decorated. The only observation is that there is no lobby so check in was a little confusing. After check in, there is no more interaction with hosts. However instructions are posted clearly around the room."

We went during April (shoulder season) and were fortunate to have incredible weather. "Night staff was great! Very friendly, gave us a one hour late checkout so we could shower after a soccer game. Breakfast was okay. This is the first property we've ever went to that doesn't have breakfast potatoes and as we're vegan we tend to rely on that for our morning meal. We did call ahead and were told you did have them so that was troublesome. The soy milk helped so thank you for that. "

"Stayed just 1 night as we had a soccer game in the area. Room was clean, beds comfortable. Views back toward the mtns were beautiful. The warm complimentary bfast was exactly what we needed to start our day prior to soccer. My biggest draw was the free EV parking in their covered secure garage as our schedule was tight and didn't want to fuss with finding a charge somewhere. "The hotel is located right next to the South Hill mall which makes it super convenient for shopping and dining options without having to drive anywhere. It is also a newer construction building so the entire hotel feels like a luxury hotel. I booked a 1-bedroom suite and to my surprise it was very large. "Everything was clean. We had a room in a perfect spot - close to a door where we parked near, right across from the ice machine. The snacks/food was stocked up very good, which was important to us because we didn't always have the time to go out and eat. The staff was great also!"
