"This is one of my favorite places to stay downtown Iowa City. In walking distance to the bar area, and has its own private parking garage. It is shared with apartments, but you need a key to get in and park. Other hotels use city garages and I dont feel as safe when traveling alone. This hotel also has free breakfast which is great."

"When I checked in for 2 rooms I made sure that pets were only allowed on the first floor. We were on the third floor and a dog barked and growled all night on our floor. There was also an overwhelming constant smell of pot throughout the hotel. We will not be staying there again."

"Friendly staff, huge pool and hot tub, convenient room locations. A huge patio with games to play and kids to run. A very safe area. We'll for sure be back in our travels!"
