"The staff here is GREAT, very clean hotel,breakfast is always delicious ,with plenty of options,we enjoy the hotel pool and we love that this hyatt place is walking distance to.restaurants ,even Dave and Busters"

"Dont do it!! Its a trap!! I set 3 parameters on my filters for this stay. Free wifi, free breakfast an laundry facilities. There is free wifi however its straight garbage. U need to pay to get "enhanced wifi" which is like $5 an hour or $22 for the week (which stopped working after 1 day) and I had to purchase it AGAIN and am still trying to get it refunded. The desk clerk look at me like crazy when i asked about the breakfast. They pointed to the vending machine. They did have laundry facilities. But it was just about $10 ,to do.a single load."

"We were happy with how we were treated and the politeness of the staff. The only thing I can say I was upset about was they never told me about the deposit and what it’s even for and then I told the I was paying cash for my stay and was still charged. But I did call and they fixed it. "

"The pool u experience a bug in my bed and they did not have another room available for me and my babies It was New Years night I had to leave out at 10:30 pm worst experience every They didn’t want to refund me cause I checked in was there for a couple hrs so they told me no refund"
