"Fraudulent business - stayed here for a wedding and when we returned, the key card did not work. We were unable to access the room until staff returned at 7am. Front desk and corporate were angry and unwilling to reconcile the incident after the fact. When you book here, you risk not having a room that night"

"Make no mistake, this is a Red Roof Inn disguised as a nice riverside hotel in Fulton. I don't have an issue with Red Roof Inn when it is priced like a Red Roof Inn. But this is not worth $160+ a night when Syracuse is just a bit farther south. There are remnants of a quaint hotel with a dilapidated dock that is off limits and closed restaurant.
It is clear that this hotel has two sides. The nightly travelers stay close to the lobby while the more permanent residents live near the back. ...
