"We were locked out of our room for over two hours at one in the morning. We got back from the concert around midnight and our key wouldn’t work. "This was an awesome hotel! The room was very clean/cute and the bed was 10/10, so comfy! I loved the nice touch with a free drink and even oversized robes in the room! The lobby was very inviting with cookies to grab as you wander by, and dog treats if you have a furry friend. The breakfast was actually so good that we had it twice! Parking was easy but it is tight if you are in an SUV or bigger. The location was perfect; 5 min to the Seattle center! Lots of food options nearby as well and a CVS...

"This property was very clean, rooms were nice and updated. They do charge for breakfast and the rooms do not have a microwave. They also charge $19 a night for parking and some nights it was difficult to find a spot. Also very strong food smells in this hotel. I think you can get better value at one of the other 50 hotels in the area."

"Perfect location right by the space needle and in walking distance, about a mile away, from Pike’s market. The room was beautiful! We stayed in a large suite that had two bedrooms so we could stay there with my son his wife and my granddaughter. The hotel was perfect! I will stay here again."

"Very nice room! Close to the train station so it was easy to get around without a car or uber. Only thing I didn’t like was the hotel staff behind the counter at the time of our check in. "We wanted to like this place but it is not much more than a crash pad, which is what we used it for with an early flight. The room was not clean with remnants of prior guests and a cheap remodel or upkeep. The worst was the fan/cooling was not working so it was an uncomfortable, sleepless night. Airport noise makes opening the window a problem. The free parking and available shuttle are probably the highlights. I believe there is breakfast but we didn’t stay long enough to sample.
