"We were NOT happy with the overall experience at the property. The main reason for this is the less than satisfactory state of the bathroom and a few other things. We will NOT be visiting this property again
1. The shower curtain was dirty, there was grime and dirt and I guess scum growth at the bottom of the curtains. you should replace the shower curtains as soon as possible

"The Villas at Victor Hugo was a lovely place. Very convenient for our days in Avignon. The Expedia listing for the apartments is incorrect in that it lists washer and dryer for the apartments - but it seems that there is only one or two apartments that have that amenity. This was a big negative but not a reflection of the host as they have repeatedly tried to get Expedia to correct the error."

"Apartment was a little dated and tired, but generously sized, clean and well equipped.
Staff very helpful and courteous. Parking space was limited and not always possible to park close to the door. Breakfast was good. Swimming pool was convenient and quiet and much appreciated as weather was exceptionally hot. Hotel was ideally placed to use as a base when touring the area."

"The concept is great.
The apprt does not host more tgan 2 people. The closet bedroom should never be considered as a bedroom. Its terrible.
The sheets were dirty. There were not enough TP nor trash bags. You are expected to clean the place, a bit much asking. Parking not great. Its mostly for seniors or people with an extremely limited budget. I don't recommend it if you want real vacation / lodging.
There is no washer, hence handwashing."

We did not use the poor it was too cold by its look really tempting

"Wir waren acht Tage hier und hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Die Angestellten sind alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die kleine Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, das man benötigt. Die Dusche ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, da sie auf eine Seite hin offen ist und man somit auch den angrenzenden Flur mit unter Wasser setzt. Spätestens nach dem zweiten Mal klappt es dann.
