"Superior room with amenities, kettle, fridge, ironing board. Slightly smallish in size so getting around the room with luggage on d floor can b quite unpleasant. Location was good as tram is located on behind Street. Hotel Itself is well located to go around Buffet breakfast was quite limited in choices, good enuf for most appetite. Had Western dinner with taste as acceptable. Overall happy with the stay "

"Fantastic experience for our family, my kids loved the indoor pool and my favourite part was everything close by and superb opera and harbour Bridge views. I would highly recommend. Only disappointing thing was we very not informed about extra changes will be applied for chocolates, snacks and drinks that was kept in our room.i was charged extra fees for it, so be careful. But overall very good hotel, i would give four & half star."

"街の中心Town Hall駅から坂を下って徒歩５分ほどの場所にあります。ホテルの斜め反対側の階段を上がり歩行者用通路を進めばDarling Harbourにも数分で出られます。路面電車L2/L3がCircular Quayまで開通したのでショッピングにも便利です。以前からあるL1を使えばフィッシュマーケットにも行けます。予約時に禁煙、ベッド２台の部屋をリクエストしましたが、その通りの部屋で広さも十分、バスタブ付きでした。部屋は清潔、毎日きれいに清掃されていました。フロントのスタッフも皆笑顔で親切に接してくれました。朝５時前にチェックアウトしましたが、タクシーも待機しており、またTown Hallまで歩けば電車も4時台から動いています。立地、設備、サービスを考慮すれば宿泊代もリーズナブルでおすすめしたいホテルです。"

"We enjoyed our stay. Room was very big, quiet, nicely furnished and bed was comfortable. Bathroom needed some tlc but was clean. Service in the cafe was lovely. I would choose breakfast from menu in cafe over buffet. Reception felt a little understaffed but they were very helpful. I would stay again though. Location suited us really well (close to central station, buses, Hyde park, city centre). Not prettiest end of town but super convenient."

"Beautifully situated with a view of the opera house. Spacious and comfortable beds No coffee pods in the room was a surprise in 2024 as $20 for 2 room service coffees is a bit steep and the morning crowd for breakfast meant waiting for coffee untenable . Single towel each and v basic room titbits a bit tight too . An aging Grand Dame with lovely staff and fantastic access to the quay. "

"Fantastic location. Especially for Vivid. Had breakfast at hotel one morning, very nice, good variety. Only downside was garbage truck parked outside our room in laneway at 2am emptying the whole of The Rocks bins for about 45 minutes. Staff very helpful. Able to store luggage before check in. "
