Affordable accommodations. Elevator was out of service 2/3 days that I stayed, not a huge issue but carrying luggage down the stairs (which were dirty) was a little difficult. The shower didn’t work too well- old faucet/spout that was difficult to get started. Quiet hotel. Staff were kind and helpful!

ESA is my go-to when I need a kitchen and plenty of space to work. The staff here are friendly, the space is clean and well maintained, it's comfy and has everything you need.

I am in town for business. I have enjoyed my stay. I am on my computer a lot. The wifi is great. This location is close to many restaurants. There is washer/dryer on location. I highly recommend!

This is an older property, in many ways spartan, but overall I really liked it. The price (through Travelocity) was right. Check-in is a window in the entrance hall. The "Lounge" is two chairs and a bench across the hall from the check-in window. "Breakfast" is two coffee pots atop a small buffet in the entrance hall, and a selection of small snack bars in a basket below. No frills, spartan. The room was a suite; akin to a small apartment. It had an entrance hall with large closet, an unstocked full kitchen (with amenities available upon request), a sitting area with desk and TV, a separate bedroom area open to the sitting room, and a small bathroom off the bedroom area. The bathroom was small, but adequate. Primary complaint: lack of counter space for necessary items (toothpaste, toothpaste, razor, etc.), but one can make do. The kitchen had upper & lower cabinets, a small sink, apartment-size fridge with freezer, four-burner electric stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher, & breakfast bar with two stools. The bedroom had a queen bed (very comfortable), side chests, chest of drawers, & lots of room around the bed for maneuvering. The sitting area had a two-seat sofa, small club chair, coffee table, chest of drawers with TV atop, and a desk with a small desk chair. The furnishings were spartan, but well maintained and comfortable. Was impressed with the lighting options; also liked the plug-in options for gadgets. Though older, was clean and well maintained.
