"These are cute rock cottages which afford privacy. The communication with the host was excellent. The interior was pretty tired and furnished with kitschy garage sale type furniture. It had a jacuzzi tub which also served as a shower-with an 18 inch entry and slippery tub, it's definitely a slip and fall risk. It comes with breakfast every day at a local restaurant which was excellent. If the owner did some updates, they could charge more, but it was a fair value for the price. "

"This was our first time staying at an inn and it was wonderful. The inn is beautiful and so relaxing. I loved the real breakfast they served that kept us full almost until dinner time. There were so many little things like chocolate on the bed and an ice cold pitcher of water waiting in the room for it that just made it even better. I would definitely stay again if we are ever back in the area. "

"Great little hotel. The room was clean, well equipped, good water pressure, good wifi, comfortable bed. Hotel is super close to a lot of restos within walking distance and right on the trolley route to downtown. Bit of road noise, but that is pretty much all of the hotels in Eureka Springs. The staff is outstanding. This is a very comfortable hotel and even better as it is priced less then many in the area. "
