"Arka is such a great place to stay. It's clean and comfortable. The views are nice and it's an easy self check in and out process. Glad i found it for my work trip and ended up staying there 9 different weeks."

"This is an old motel that has been renovated. It was very comfortable, clean and safe. The owner was on site and was very friendly and helpful. If we were in Cassville again, we would stay here. "

"Though the room was nice and orderly there were no amenities and the cost for a really small single room was almost half of the weekly rate for a much bigger room. The property said they had breakfast and pool, and even had the means for both but did not make available. also, there was no checkout even though the office says 24/7, I could not check out or return the key after ringing the bell and calling provided cell numbers. I ended up just sliding the key under the door."
