Nice clean rooms. Easy check in and they were helpful giving good directions to rooms (its a bit spread out, but easy to navigate). We had after dinner drinks in cozy bar area with great server.

Hayward Inn
Inside was very clean. Staff was great. Outside walls are covered in dirt spores and NO parking was available. It was a concert night but you would think enough parking would be available to rooms booked

Went for a concert in Eugene at Matthew Night Arena, hotel is conveniently located across the street. Satisfied what we got for nightly price. Our room was clean, But definitely needs an update. Bring your own pillow unless you are ok with a small square type. Don’t count on the room pics on line ...

The breakfast is bare minimum, there is coffee, there is hot water for tea (although it appeared that the hot water was in a thermo that was previously used for coffee, the hot water was brown-ish.
