The customer service by the staff is amazing. Mike informed us of shopping near by and the restaurant onsite. We had a balcony room overlooking the river. The trail along the river was a bonus. We definitely will stay here again.

Staff were all friendly and helpful. My balcony was right next to the river and was a pleasant place to sit and read and watch people ride bikes by and walk by. Restaurant staff were also friendly and polite. Food was also very good. I would stay here again if I find myself in Eugene again.

We had a room with a river view! Very spacious and nicely decorated- bathroom was a great size as well. The lobby was very inviting. Cozy area past the lobby with couches / comfy chairs/ and a fireplace to sit and be with others. The restaurant was nicely decorated and very inviting. Fireplace/ couches/ comfy chairs to sit and have a drink/ eat in here as well if you didn't want to eat at a dining table. We had a great night stay here before heading to the airport the next morning!
