"The hotel’s location is exceptionally excellent 5 stars for that. It is literally walking distance to cafes stores and restaurants. Within the heart of town. The staff was absolutely 5 stars. Professional, knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. Ms. Belle Ruby Ann and Kate went beyond excellence when it came to customer service. Thank you for making my stay a very enjoyable and memorable experience Will most definitely come back to this hotel. The price too played such a great part in picking this hotel. The rooms and front desk area were super clean. Very grateful for that. There was a convience store that closes at midnight right next to the hotel. Airport transfer pickup service was excellent. Overall I give this hotel 5 stars and will most definitely come back to it."

"It's dated and modest. However, this is what we were looking for during our short stay. It's recommended for long periods of stay as well. Instant coffee and water is available in the lounge. The staff is very helpful. I'm friendly and accommodating. "
