"Kin Wander is like a Boutique hotel, with 100” Daber Projector in the room instead of a normal TV that comes with Netflix, YouTube, Google TV, the location is very close to all amenities. I can find food and items needed nearby. Recommend!! Only disadvantage is no lift to go to your room in you are on the 3rd or 4th floors. "

"1 night stay,First impression : check in fast, adequate size well maintained room, comfortable bed, tea /coffee , walk in shower. Facilities: include a roof top swimming pool, bar and restaurant serving good quality food at reasonable prices and Free airport shuttle. While the area is a little way from the centre district 1 it is easily accessed by a short taxi ride 20 minutes approx Alternative the area has a number of restaurants including a food hall in the nearby shopping Mall. We have used the IBIS previously when taking early flights from HCMC would definitely use again Sally and Dave York’s "

"I would like to write my 2 recommendations first because these are just short. 1. The breakfast buffet should have croissants for the children, and I think even adults like to eat croissants too; also, think about what food you can change daily because it’s always the same food everyday. I know they tried hard to change the phở, hủ tiếu, bún, nui, mì everyday, but the other dishes are the same. The chef Chương was very nice and super helpful. 2. I recommend if you can add a fan inside the ceiling in the bathroom: to blow outside the humidity when guests take a shower and the smell when guests use the toilets. My family with young children had a wonderful stay at First Hotel for almost one month. I greatly appreciate all the courteous and professional employees there. I felt so blessed and safe during our stay there. My husband, I, and our 3 children had a much fun time staying at First Hotel and will definitely come back in the near future. The room was a little small, if the room was a little bigger, it would be just perfect! But the room was very clean, nice, and cozy. Cleaning staff was very nice, helpful, and courteous. The Hotel is very close to the airport and chợ Phạm Văn Hai. I grew up in this area up until I was almost 14 years old when I left Việt Nam and came to the U.S., so the Hotel’s location is really close to my relatives and friends which was wonderful and convenient. Ông Dương Văn Long bellman helped us a lot, and also bellmen Tuấn and Hoàng. "

"When visiting a foreign country you need to be fluid and open minded. You never know what to expect. In Vietnam you find hotels in sone of the most unexpected places. This hotel was located off the main road but did not lack any comfort. It is only a few minutes away from.the airport, and being tucked in between other buildings, I didnt have to listen to any street noise. As a matter of fact , my window faced a brick wall , but it did not matter. If you have ever been to HCMC , you know that the cars and motorbikes honking can keep.you awake all night. My bed was comfortable, and more importantly i had a nice soft pillow. The staff was well prepared for me and responded quickly to the emails i had sent them before my stay. Check in was fast and so was checkout at 4:30 the next morning. They offered a quick airport shuttle to the airport for a small fee. There were several restaurants and a coffee shop only a few minutes walk from.the hotel. "

"I was pretty impress with the hotel. Although, the hotel is a bit older it is very well maintained and clean. I love that it is affordable and there are places to eat nearby which makes it very convenient. Also, there are atm machine nearby. Basic amenities but everything is functional and clean. I would definitely recommend this place. It is also a five minute drive to the airport. "
