My one complaint was somene previously must have smoked in the room i stayed in because it reeeked of cigarettes and as such everything i brought with me now stinks of cigarettes. Our room was comfortable and the HIE chain of IHG typically do have comfortable beds, soft and supportive pillows with plenty of bedding. The staff at this location as well as others are very nice and helpful. Their efforts are appreciated. "
