"Great place for a short break perfect location "

"The staff were all amazing and very helpful - lovely to see so many genuine smiles. The hotel was spotless and modern. Breakfast was varied and well stocked regardless of the time you sat down. The restaurants were lovely with good quality food - although not stunning and a little expensive (coming from Britain). We had a standard double room with two extra beds and there was still room to move around. The pool was surprisingly small, but when we visited in February it wasn't crowded, the kids...

"Great hotel in the heart of Yas island - close to the airport, nearby access to all the theme parks and Yas mall as well. Walking distance to Yas waterfront which has some lovely restaurants. Clean, spacious room with complimentary water provided. Would stay here again "

"The room was clean and the view was lovely. The bathroom could do with a deep clean as there is signs of mould. Breakfast was not great and communication via WhatsApp not ideal. Saturday night another guest caused an hour of disruption with shouting, wailing and banging that the staff seemed unable to deal with. This was after midnight and woke everyone else up. Parking is free but not always close to there the boat is moored. "

"We booked this place for three guests, as it was advertised to have a double bed, a single bed, and a sofa bed. When we arrived, there were no bedding fabrics for the sofa bed, so we had to use a duvet as a sheet. Even though they knew there were three of us, they only provided three towels. It felt unhygienic, especially since they use the swimming pool as part of their advertising to justify the price. The door passcode was hard to see because it goes dim when not in use. "All night had water leakage from the ceiling of the bathroom. Because of the noise, I couldn't sleep. Also there wasn't any hair dryer in the room. I asked for the solutions for both issues but they replied 10mins before the check out time without solution. I need to request for price reduction for such quality."
