"Well kept property, accommodating staff ( trinity) was very helpful. staff and cleaning crew were very nice. Renato was ensuring our questions and needs were attends too with the use of bbq grill. Been coming here for the past 5 years to celebrate my son and my birthday. And has been a family tradition. See you again next year! We enjoyed pickle ball, tennis , swimming, pool table and just soak in the pool and spa!"

"I like to cook & prepare breakfast of eggs. I bring my own 8" egg pan, good sharp knives for cutting or chopping. Everything else is provided. Stacked W/D each took about an hr no matter what setting you set. Staff is excellent & I love texting options with housekeeping. Everything you need within 10-15 min."

"Cute location and very helpful staff but not well maintained or cleaned. We upgraded from a room to the farmhouse and it’s cute but not very clean or well maintained. One of the doors had a chunk of wood that fell off and in the morning light you could see dog tracks on the floor. We swept the place ourselves because there was detritus on the floor. "We had a wonderful stay! Rooms were beautiful, homey and clean. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The views were gorgeous!"

"The hotel and casino property is well taken care of. The staff and service was very terrible at almost every turn. The bar service at the willows pool was absolutely the worst. An hour for food, took the bar tender 1.5 hours to make 2 margaritas. Came back multiple times to check on them. The Ginger Noodle was an almost 2 hour wait from bringing to getting food to go. Food sat on the counter under no heat lamp. Dinner with friends at Long baron (party of 11) we got our dinner before I was served...

"We started in the area for a wedding. It was easy to get to and the room was very clean. It is a well maintained and cared for motel. It is next to a little shopping center and the shops were cute and good food. Fit our needs."

"The hotel in general is so accommodating. We asked if we could check in early, provided that it is avaible, we were able to and that is a big help for us. The staff, Jessie and Luis and there's another female, I forgot to ask the name, are very welcoming! Although we are San Diegans, living about an hour away from the city, we found a place to stay whenever we need one. We'll come back whenever there's a need to stay overnight.
