Nice hotel for families. there were almost no veg options in the meals, the AC didn't work properly after it got "fixed". our room was clean and comfertable to stay in. do note that the parking isn't free.

The room we had was nice. Everything was in good repair, modern, updated, spacious with good linens. The lobby is enormous, with a bar/restaurant, but no room service. The hotel has three pools, but none are heated.

Would stay there again a million times

The buffets are amazing, endless choices, tasty food, menu well put together, great for everyone (with or without diet restictions, kids, old people, picky people,etc). Ive never seen so many choices for milk, some 10 kinds! Great salads, great fruits, too. Spacious rooms. Convenience stores. Activities for all ages (zoomba, flamenco show, pilates, etc). Helpful and upbeat staff. My only negative comment: the upholstered chairs in buffet area are in dire need of cleaning. Note: in that area the beach is rocky, no fine sand, but better beach 100m away.

I had two bookings and only stayed one night before going to another hotel for two nights, then returned for three more nights under the other booking. This one night stay was fine, but I have some complaints about the all inclusive upgrade on my second booking, but that is for that review. It’s not worth it. Great one nighter though.

Hotel rooms are in poor conditions. Air conditioning does not cool properly and there is a strong bad rotten odor coming from the vents. Toilet seat was broken and the drain of water is poor. Beds are not comfortable.

We stayed there as the whole family was in for a wedding so needed kids facilities and they were ok. Our room was adequate but my friend's economy room was filthy. She complained and they offered another room. The hotel is huge 1200 people lots of kids and noise. The pools are nice and breakfast ok

Staff very helpful & friendly. Shower gel dispenser didn't work properly, would have preferred individual toiletries for a 4* hotel. Shower was a little worse for wear as well & sometimes water got hot or cold without warning. I would expect at least a couple of complimentary bottles of water in the room.

This hotel is good for family with lots of kids and want to stay in Marbella area without spending lots of money. The lobby, restaurant, and the pool area are very good. The conditions of the rooms are terrible. Terrace dirty and doors are broke. The beds and bellows are very old and bad. The whole room and bathroom are old and outdated. And the room someone would have very bad smell. This should be around $120 a night hotel not $225 . I would not stay there again.

Hi regarding the hotel the staff is not just ready to help you with the luggage if you are with family ..but obivios u have a lot of luggage. There is nobody to help you. Mr louis duty manager was a sweet person tried to offer help but the other staff is ignorant about helping. You have to pay for everything even the safty locker in your room ..the garden view room has a very ok view not advisable at the pool staff refuse to give towels ..so now u can imagine.

We had very bad service, the staff were not helptul at all, the bedsheets were not changed throughout our whole stay which was 5 days. We were a couple with a child, they gave us twin beds put next to eachother even though we requested a king or double bed , they said they "dont" have this in the hotel which was very odd. Our daughters bed was a sofa bed that opens up, it was not safe, she hurt her head had to be taken to the hospital and get stiches because of the spacing in between, her bed was not even made, we called reception and they told us there is no room service now you have to wait until tomorrow, they expected us to do our own bed. The staff were so unprofessional. I will never go back to that hotel again. I hated my entire holiday because of this hotel.
