"Unheard of for us, but we decided to come back to this hotel after a week holiday last year. Everything about this hotel is superb. Reception staff, restaurant staff, bar staff, cleaning staff.
My only gripe is that we asked for a room upgrade (as an Expedia platinum member) but were told that all the higher grade rooms were full. This wasn’t the case as we could clearly see that the suite we had last year was unoccupied for the duration of our stay. "

"The room was very clean, the hostess at the front was very helpful and we took advantage of the Laundry services which were completed in 2 hours so during that time we took the bikes for a ride down the beach. Would highly suggest this hotel. "
