"Was told a week in advance that it was likely we could get an early check in at 2:00. When we arrived we were told that was not the case, I was even told that conversation never happened (it did). We were told to come back at 4:00. When we asked if we could at least go to the water park (we were traveling with two little kids) we were told "no" and that the water park was "closed to the general public" (despite the fact that we had traveled over two hours in a car with two little kids who were beyond excited to go swimming). So we had to go sit in our vehicle and drive around to kill time for another two hours. When we returned at 4:00, our room still wasn't ready and we ended up having to wait in the hall by our room for a while before we could even get in. We were also denied any kind of late check out to allow our kids to swim a little longer the next day. Overall not a good experience. Restaurant was good and breakfast was good. Room was relatively clean but the shower had hair in the tub. Pool room was also not very clean. Dirty floors that weren't cleaned overnight. Water park is very nice and the kids did have a lot of fun when they were allowed to swim. But to not be able to check in till after 4, then the pool closes at 9pm, doesn't open again till 9 am, and you have to be out of the building by 11 am, it is not worth the money to stay here. "

"Very dirty, stained sheets, holes in wall, mattress actually had a big hole in it!! We asked for a handicap room and they didn’t give it to us -said 2 handicap rooms were booked already. We actually needed 2 rooms with handicap accessibility and we had a fall in the tub due to lack of help from the hotel management. Never saw anyone else who would possibly need handicap rooms, we were there for 2 nights-paid way too much and no management all weekend to help us. Front desk staff did the best he could with his abilities without having management there."

"It was amazing. Disconnected from technology and stress, it was perfect. We did not use our mobile phones. It is such a great idea that there is no TV. At first we were like , we need it, that is when my friends i I realized that we are so involved in technology. "

"The first room we were booked in was the wrong room, and had a guests belongings in it. The second room we were booked in had mold in the microwave. The third and final room seemed ok, until the next day where we found out the shower didn't work. I would never return to this place, very horrible conditions."

"We were a little nervous when we saw that this was a "self-serve" place but honestly, we were very pleased with the price and condition, and everything went well!"

"Wonderful time with our 4 year old and 20 month old! All the staff were great and everything was very clean. The breakfast was amazing with lots of variety! Both my kiddos loves the water park and didn't want to leave! "
