die unterkunft bot alles was man braucht als radreisender zu übernachten. das bett ist sehr bequem! die wohnung befindet sich im dachgeschoss. sehr heiss im sommer! hier würde eine stärkere klimaanlage abhilfe schaffen.

Het is op de 2 de etage zonder lift dus niet voor iedereen geschikt zag er verder heel goed uit en bij de brasserie op de hoek kun je heerlijk ontbijten

Ausgezeichnete Kommunikation und Sauberkeit. Leider muss das Frühstück am tiefen Couchtisch eingenommen werfen. Wenn die Haare nicht nass werden sollen ist das Duschen schwierig. Ansonsten zur Übernachtung zu empfehlen.

Reasonable Flat in Oberhausen

Myself and two mates stayed in the ground floor flat at Schacht85 for four nights. Entry into the property is via a keypad and then there is another keypad on the door, which was ideal for us as we were often coming and going at different times. The door into the flat opens straight into the living room where one of the beds (a sofa converted into a double bed, bit stiff) is based. The rear room has two single beds which were comfortable and both had a reclining option. Shower facilities were great, plenty of towels and a towel rack to warm them up on. There is an urinal in the shower room and then a separate toilet in another room which is handy if you have lots of people getting ready at the same time. Kitchen has good supply of cups and plates, cooker, microwave, sink and kettle, so you can easily get things from a local store instead of relying on eating out all the time. Fridge is stocked with drinks that are reasonably priced, although it wasn't clear when we'd be charged so we just left money on the table when we left. You also get access to the garden at the back of the flat, there is a small table where we had breakfast each day. Not an impressive garden but it gives a space to smoke/vape. We had an issue with one of the other occupants setting off the fire alarm one night but we received an email from Oliver explaining what had happened and apologising. Also, the building does come up on the MyTaxi app, which helps when booking things.

Good enough to spend the night near Centro

The place is not really a hotel but a traditional bed and breakfast. The description on hotels.com did not match the room itself. The owners is a very nice and helpful person. Trying to find a solution for the problem as the room did not meet our expectations. Just to spend the night the place is OK. But is it place which should be listed as a hotel? Not really. Everything was clean but very basic. Beds are kind of short. Also in the summer an air conditioner would really help. Just too warm to sleep

Gepflegtes Hotel, gut zu erreichen und zentral

Check-In klappte problemlos per Code an den Türen (so gelangt man an den Schlüssel für Haus und Zimmer). Zimmer unterm Dach (wie wohl auch die anderen) ist neu eingerichtet, mit kleiner Küchenzeile (Wasserkocher, Toaster, Mikrowelle, Geschirr/Besteck etc.). Minibar war seh gut gefüllt. Alles ordentlich und gepflegt. Für unsere Tochter wurde (ohne dass wir extra danach fragen mussten) Hochstuhl, Spielzeug etc. bereit gestellt. Kleines Bad (auch neu), Dusche hatte bei heiß/warm-Wasser etwas geringen Druck. Für Frauen nicht ideal: Keine Handbrause in der Dusche. Sonst aber alles vorhanden, was wir benötigt haben (und noch einiges mehr: Sitzecke, TV etc.). Frühstück haben wir nicht gebucht. Kontakt mit Inhaber per Mail und SMS freundlich und absolut ausreichend (keine Rezeption, daher auch nicht persönlich). Zu Weihnachten stand ein Weihnachtsteller bereit - nette Aufmerksamkeit. Fazit: Sehr gutes, kleines Hotel. Gut organisiertes Team, kommen gerne wieder!
