"Everything was great. No complaints "

"Breakfast was great - waffles, eggs, sausages, assortment of bagels and breads. Pool was small but good. Hot tub was out of order. Small hotel but near arena so it met our needs"

"Room was in poor shape, tiles coming off the walls in bathroom, shower head not attached, mold on ceiling. Bucket in hallway catching a roof leak. Prob the worst hotel I’ve stayed at in years and not what we are use to "

"Initial room had stained/torn cover sheet on bed and toilet bowl had not been cleaned thoroughly. Upon speaking to front desk we were given upgraded room which was very nice ! Customer service saved the night!!"

"Pool was old and in need of repair and gym could use an upgrade. Staff were lovely "

"Hotel was OK. My complaint is that we were stuck in a room beside a wedding party. If you know, your hotel is being used for a wedding you should really try and keep other guests separate so that they’re not having to deal with the noise all night! Also, there definitely could be better places to put the ice machines and vending machines then right outside of the room doors because they are noisy all night long."

"Breakfast was good, a decent variety as well. Parking was good, although the lot sure fills up quickly. Staff was attentive, even for a tired traveller. My room was clean and with a western view, bright in the afternoon."
