"The manner in which we were met on arrival was exceptional. The staff were very helpful both during check in and at parking. A warm and comforting experience. The breakfast was tasty, good selection and wide choice. The rooms were very clean, functional and all the amenities were of good quality."

"We love this hotel! Our room was quite large and comfortable. We had a full set of windows that let in light and air. The hotel is on a quiet small side street in the old city. The hotel also has good air conditioning which is a relief when the weather gets hot in the summer. The reception staff are helpful and professional."

"We enjoyed our stay. We had a superior cottage room which was very spacious although no real view from the balcony The spa pools were very well done but very busy - probably too busy. The weather was very hot so the pools were full not only with hotel guests but also spa guests. We ate in the fine dining restaurant and the crêperie ie the same small restaurant which has a different approach at lunchtime and in the evening. Both very good. The bar and terrace were also a lovely place to sit and have a drink The one thing which would discourage me from staying again was that the hotel just seemed too busy - large groups whether spa days or business groups. Other than the small restaurants it seemed to lack intimacy"
