Can’t recommend and definitely won’t go ever again

Not at all what I’d except from a 4 Star Hotel. Worn down, broken or lose appliances and fixtures and then this terrible odor from the kitchen in the room and hallway. The breakfast room was ugly, not organized and dark. It looked like from the 80s and never touched since. No taste, no style. Staff was friendly though. Sad story

Super sauberes Hotel, das Zimmer schön groß, sehr modern ausgestattet, extrem bequemes Bett, sehr gute Bettwäsche. Das Frühstück ausgiebig, mit frischem Obst und guter Kaffeemaschine. Service sehr freundlich. Ich war sehr zufrieden. Gute Adresse.

Leider war das Frühstücksbüffet nicht so gut - Produkte wurde nicht nach gelegt - Tische wurden abgeräumt aber nicht drüber geputzt - Frühstückspersonal hatte wohl keine Lust zu sprechen ( kein guten Morgen oder nachfragen ob alles recht ist, ein Gast hatte gefragt ob er noch Rührei machen könne darauf hin nickte der Mann vom Frühstückspersonal nur dachte erst vielleicht hat er irgendwelche Beeinträchtigungen oder ähnliches was ja nicht schlimm gewesen wäre aber sein Handy war wichtiger und hier konnte er auch sprechen) Im Großen und Ganzen war es sonst okay vielleicht ein Bissen laut wegen des Bahngleises und ein Bissen Liebe beim Frühstücksbüffet sowie in den Zimmern würde hier gut tun.

Die Unterkunft hat uns nicht gefallen das Zimmer war nicht sauber auf den Boden in Bad Flecken und Staub überall! Frühstück überhaupt nicht zufrieden. Es gab kein Auswahl für Vegetarier und Menschen die kein Schweinefleisch essen… der Ruccola war schon gammlig haben sogar Personal aufmerksam gemacht,dass es sofort entfernt werden müsste!

Der Empfang ist nicht besonders herzlich. Das Fitnessstudio ist mit 4 Geräten ausgestattet (Laufband/ Stepper und Fahrräder). Das Frühstück ist nicht gut! Ich besuche häufig die verschiedensten Hotels und das war das schlechteste Frühstück was ich bisher aufgetischt bekommen habe.

Zimmer, Essen und Service waren top. Wenn es überhaupt etwas zu bemängeln gibt, dann ist es der Zugverkehr. Aber es ist eben dicht am Bahnhof.

Eigentlich ist es ein sehr schönes Hotel mit tollen Betten, angenehmer Klimaanlage, modernen Bädern und gutem Frühstück. Was aber leider extrem stört ist der Geruch. Im Erdgeschoss ist ein Indisches Restaurant (wo auch das Frühstück stattfindet. Dieses ist „direkt“ mit den Zimmern im Obergeschoss verbunden, da die vielen Zwischentüren permanent aufgekeilt sind. Daraus resultiert, dass sämtliche Zimmer nach Curry riechen und dieser Geruch auch in die Kleidung eindringt. Sorry, aber das macht man nur ein Mal.

Schön eingerichtet, traumhaft weiches Bett und sehr leckeres Frühstück! Störend sind die starken erschütterungen & Geräusche durch die direkt angrenzende Bahn, die auch nachts fährt und der Geruch des angeschlossenen Restaurants, der bis in die Zimmer zieht, da sämtliche Türen zwischen Restaurant und Hotel offen festgestellt werden.

Hotels in Erkelenz

Das Hotel besteht aus modernes großes Zimmer, großer Fernseher und ein großes Bad mit Dusche und auch Radio im Bad. Leider hat der Fernseher nicht funktioniert. Sowas sollte bei dem Preis nicht passieren. Restaurantleistungen sind etwas teuer. Leider konnte der Burger nicht serviert werden, weil es kein Burger Brot mehr gab. Der alternative Serviervorschlag zu dem Burger Brot, war dann doch nicht das Wahre. Auch hier, sowas sollte bei dem Preis nicht passieren. Der Service war im Grunde gut.

die Lage am Bahnhof von Erkelenz hat mich zuerst erschreckt, aber das Hotel ist super modern, design-mässig vom feinsten, Restaurant klasse und das eigene Bier extrem süffig
