I was not informed that their indoor pool was closed. That is the reason I chose this hotel over the others was for the indoor pool. When I asked staff I was abruptly told I could go stay somewhere else. Thought that was rude to say. I also asked if he would discount the price he said that people who book on Expedia already receive a discount. The other 2 workers that I encountered were very nice and pleasant and helpful.

The outside doors allowing access to the rooms are completely broken, and dont even shut. So the hotel is not secure in any way. They were like this during our last stay last year, and we assumed it was a temporary malfunction. Clearly the hotel has no intent to fix it. The hot tub was also out of commission, and per the front desk had been for weeks, with no indication of getting it fixed.

Run down with bad need of updates Parking spots with receptacles were limited Entrance doors security didn’t work, one stayed propped open with a rock and another was locked so you had to go to the front of the building No exhaust fan Carpet was ripped Toilet was loose so it rocked back and forth

Worst experience ever

I wasn’t even able to access my room. There was some problem with the room and they had no others. I had to find another hotel at 9:30 at night. I was also charged in full by the hotel so I paid twice. There was no manager on site and never even heard from them after.

Older hotel. They have done some renovations. Paid extra for pool side room but the patio was super hot and my view of the pool was blocked by fake plants. Temperature adjustments needed throughout the property. Lots of repairs needed. Staff was friendly.

The door to the building had the card reader ripped off so anyone could enter the light over the door was broken there were staples sticking out of the carpet we woke up to ants everywhere

I really enjoyed that this hotel books to people 18 and older. I’m 19 and I was so happy to be able to book a room. I took my boyfriend to Erie for the weekend for his birthday and it was so amazing. No complaints from me!

Need better service

Location was good. Was not happy about the rooms. There were ants in the first room,the moved us to another room and there were ants there also. Not as many. We ended up going and buying spray and resolved the issue. Housekeeping did not replace coffee and tea. We had to ask daily for them. Only had tea 2 days, because front desk didnot have. They said they would have some delivered to the room, and that didn't happen.

The first room offered had the heat on and it was uncomfortable. The window unit would not turn to air only heat. No wall thermostat. I called the front desk and the lady that answers was very nice and apologized and offered to send a repair man. I replied with a thank you and said we were leaving for dinner, perfect timing. Then I mistakenly joked that noone better touch my stuff. I laughed and even said I was joking. The lady then offers a whole new room. No worries. Haven't unpacked yet. I go to exchange keys to find that the lady at the front desk was very offended and had the owner present to tell me how offended they were by my joke. My bad. New room has ants all over table and in bathroom. I was nervous to say anything about it at this point. Went to the pool and got drunk. All in all not bad

Front desk mess up

Bit of confusion when checked in. Someone beating on door saying it was their room. Then someone from front desk came to room and said it was suppose to be vacant. Our keys didnt work. First day was a mess.

The outside was very dated with paint peeling off he doors. Our room also had small black ants everywhere that got into all of our leftover food we wound up having to throw away.

The front desk staff person was rude. The hot tub water was brown and also no towels at the pool. The heater in our room was falling apart so every time it came on it make a loud noise and the windows were so bad that the wind was actually moving the curtains. Never stay again!! The only perk was the manager was very nice and helpful and offered to take one room off of our one night stay which helped.

Employees very nice & helpful. 1st night loud party, screaming & yelling in the hallways. 2nd night a couples loud fight in the hallway on the 2nd floor. This was during the week.

Don't bother...

One person working and hotel was full. Ice makers were all broken. No towels for the pool. No hot breakfast. Creamer for coffee all out. Rooms VERY dated. Temp in the room was crazy hot...had to turn on ac mid winter. Walks all snow/ice covered. Could not enter building except through front. Building itself was a maze. Ordered food and the delivery guy couldn't find the room. Food ended up cold as a result. Just terrible.

The pool was suppose to close at 10pm - there were people in the pool till 11pm and then again at 2am - they were blasting music and we had an room overlooking the pool. there were teens that were unsupervised that were threating and making obscene gestures to my young children, who then were to afraid to go back to the pool. NONE of the ice makers in the building worked.

Went for my birthday, it was okay. Expedia said the total charge would be 85, ended up being 98. Really only stayed because they had a "hot" tub which was really just 5 degrees warmer than the pool temp which was cold. Honestly so disappointed and wont rent my own room there again.

LOVE the pool!!

It was pretty clean.. i mean its not a darn penthouse sweet but it was nice, the pool was awesome!! Could have been warmer but by far one of the best hotels with a pool weve been to, my kids loved it!! It was also nice to have a mini fridge and little coffee maker but i feel like the mini fridge should have had a freezer in it and there should have been room somewhere else for the coffee maker rather than in bathroom. But overall seriously contently satisfied!

Room was clean. Very upset about the pool. My family and i went down to swim and enjoy the hottub. Couldnt do either. There were children simming in the hottub, no reason for that.. jumping in the pool where you couldnt enjoy as well. Table near us was playing the music so loud you couldn't here yourself tallk.they were going out the side door to dmole and leave the door open.

Staff makes the stay very pleasant!

The girl that checked us in was very friendly and helpful. Dontae went out of his way to make sure we had everything we need and our stay was great! The pool and jacuzzi were awesome and rooms were just right and comfy! Great staff! Great place!
