"My overall impression of that hotel: Never again! The attitude of the staff does not correspond to a 5* hotel, but rather a cheap hostel. "All-inclusive" statement is false - only cheap and low level drink is included. Any normal wines and cocktails are at the additional cost. Shouts and attitude of the local staff are just killing the vacation mood."

"On a adoré notre séjour. Le repas dans les restaurants étaient variés et très bons. L’équipe attentionnée et efficace parle français et d’autres langues parfaitement. Les chambres 4700 sont au fond et plus calmes car loin du club enfants et de l’animation du soir. L’animation du soir est faite par des salariés jeunes, sans intérêt. C’est presqu’un sketch. "On ne se gare pas devant l'hotel, qui au coeur du village, dans des rues étroites..; ce n'est pas un problème, le village est facilement accessible, mais encore faut il en être informé. Arrivé sur place, la personne qui nous a accueilli était peu avenante...pas mal aimable, mais peu chaleureux comparativement à la Grèce. "It was a modern comfortable property. The pool was clean bright and inviting. The living accommodation had all those amenities that one would expect for a relaxing holiday. There is no washing machine and it would have been nice to have but it looks like this is common in Crete. The coffee machine in our room was not working and the shower was the only room that needed more attention. But none of these would make us not wanting to revisit and would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to...
