"Personnel tres acceuillant et super sympa"

"El Chateau estaba bien, pero la habitación ponía q tenía aire acondicionado y no lo tenía. Reclamé pero me dijeron q las habitaciones de aire acondicionado estaban ocupadas. Pedí una compensación por no tener aire y no me la dieron. Eso sí hoteles.com me dice q me compensarán con un bono pero estoy todavía esperándolo."

"Wonderful property. Very pleasant setting. Only 20 minutes from there center of Bordeaux. HOWEVER, do NOT try to drive to Bordeaux from this hotel. It took me more than one hour because of the horrible traffic, the oneway streets, the street closures, etc.. even with Gps.Likewise for returning to the hotel from the city center"

"This property was quite nice and efficient. Its location in the heart of Saint Emilion made visiting the town quite enjoyable. Parking nearby was convenient for a reasonable additional charge. The room was clean and comfortable though a bit tight for our luggage. "
