"Staff were very nice. I had a $25 food credit which I had to ask for- they didn’t provide it up front so remember to ask because they won’t offer. The pool was in the basement, a little cold and tiny. Room had some dust and I found a black hair on the towel. Rooms were huge and beautiful view. The elevators were terrible. I was in the basement and waited 25 min (not exaggerating) to go up. Good location. Expensive parking at $30 a night. Hotel needs updating, carpeted hallways were not very appealing. Otherwise no other issues. Comfy beds and clean crisp sheets."

"We chose this hotel for the rooms and the pool/hot tub. The room was great. It had a living area so you could hang out and watch TV. The room service was delicious as well. The pool and hot tub were a bit strange to be in the middle of their nightclub. So during the day, it was dead but at night, it was a strange set up. The entrance to the hotel is also in an alley way which isn’t a great welcome. Good location and generally enjoyed our stay but likely would try a different hotel on our next visit to Vancouver."
