If I had to nit-pick the only thing I would say is the glasses in the room were quite dusty on the outside and the shower head itself could do with a bit of cleaning but other then that its brilliant and spotless. "The staff, especially Kat, were very friendly and helpful. The only criticism would be that in order to take advantage of the coffee machine in the lobby, you had to get a mug from your room first. Being on the 6th floor, this was a bit of a pain."
