"Expedia let us down...searched for hotel with indoor pool. Candido has one, but inside the spa which is closed Monday-Tuesday. I searched for indoor pool for a Tuesday night stay. Expedia should not have shown the hotel. Though what hotel says they have a kid friendly pool and have it closed two days a week?"

"My room was clean only issue I had was the bed , I paid for a Queen and I got to single beds attached to each other . And also it was a bit chilly that day and the heating unit wasn’t giving sufficient heat . Other than that all was well . "

"The owners were incredibly helpful & kind. The apartments were perfect for a short or long holiday. There is an Aldi, Lidl & other supermarkets within easy walking distance. Shower had plenty of hot water, bed was comfortable. Car parking on street was great. About a 20-minute walk to the aqueduct in Segovia, it was easier than trying to park in the city. Air con in the room worked flawlessly. La Lastrilla, is a lovely area, with local shops, bars & restaurants. I rarely go back to the same...

"The hotel is so elegant and feels removed from the hustle and bustle yet it is only a five minute walk to Plaza Mayor and the Cathedral. Dinner at Restaurant Jose Maria was also delicious. We enjoyed a simple spa visit with dry and wet, sauna and Jacuzzi. A wonderful hour of propose for Travel weary guests."

"Great location and price. The staff were pleasant and answered questions, but I wouldn’t say they were proactive. The room was really nice. Perfect size for just myself. Only real frustration with this hotel and most in Europe- In cold weather, the AC seems to only allow a certain base temperature and it will seem to run the heat even if you don’t want it. I have to leave the window cracked open to be comfortable at night. They say they have luggage storage, but my experience was all that was is...

"As a former monastery, this is a really cool place to stay. It is very close to the beginning of the aqueduct as well which takes you down to the central core. Easily walkable to all the interesting sites. The history and ambiance is something to experience. The menu in the restaurant was awesome with good service. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Happily stay again."

"El desayuno es tarde para cualquiera que trabaja a partir de las 8am. Llegue sobre las 18:30hs y no me dieron una solución por lo que pagué el desayuno y no pude desayunar. El gym está muy mal cuidado y faltaban mancuernas. Tampoco habían colchonetas. No volvería."
