"The hotel is old and doesn´t offer many of the amenities for a hotel that charges these prices. It is, at best, a 3-star hotel - no pool, jacuzzi by reservation, no help in getting luggage to the room, etc. Our first room - 506 - was extremely dark, old and smaller than the offered sqm. As soon as we arrived we asked for a room change and were denied this request. After 2 nights we asked again - the room was terrible!!! - and we finally got another room (700) that had been remodeled...

"When we checked into our room the toilet had not been flushes and looked aa though the bathroom hadn't fully been cleaned. Late in the evening we tried to use the pull out sofa however the sheets clearly weren't fresh as there were crumpled up used sheets in the bed. It was late at night after being out all day and we were exhausted so decided just to share the upstairs bed. I would not feel comfortable staying here again. I would not want to trust them to provide clean linens. It was...

"Very spacious and well appointed clean rooms. Excellent location. Great gym, pool and hot tubs (plural) and also has steam room and great bbq facilities right next to pool area. Beds were the most comfortable out of all the hotels we stayed in across our trip around USA and Canada. Family of 5 travelling from Australia. Stayed in a “room with den” kids sleeping on good sized sofa beds and had their own bathroom/toilet. Our bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Self contained kitchen was great...

"Overall a great experience especially while traveling with kids. The unit has everything you’d need. Makes it easy to make your own food, wash clothing and get around. Clean and very nice layout of the property. The pool areas were are clean and decent. Whistler is pricey overall but it think this is a great deal considering all the amenities and location :) would definitely recommend and stay again! "
