Hotel Dekat Empire Damansara

"Good staff and cleanliness"

"One World Hotel is my GOTO hotel when ever I go KL. Staff are super friendly and the location next to a big mall is an added advantage with hugh selections of food next door."

"Bilik dan staff so far ok, cuma yg saya tak suka tempat parking dia agak terhat … dan lift di bangunan tu kalau time check out pagi mmg crowded sangat sampaikan saya dari L13 kena turun tangga ke Level G."

"The Apartment Room is pretty clean. However, there is a lack of organisation with the housekeeping team as I had informed them twice to change the linen on my bed and to change the towels. The housekeeping team should clean the room every day by changing the linen, towels and bins frequently. Other than that I have enjoyed my stay the reception staff were helpful. But I feel there are a lot of things that can be improved."

"Friendly staff"

"Nearby is pub.....bising sgt.....until midnight....still pom pom pom......"

However, there are a few areas that require improvement. First, the parking arrangements could be improved. Unlike some other hotels, the parking is not complimentary or reserved for...

"New place. Clean room. Only downside is that the mall not fully open. "

"The reception staff were helpful and polite. The room was spacious with a pantry, dining table and sufficient bathroom amenities. However, the pillow didn't feel clean or fresh and the room smelled of moth balls which reduced somewhat after a few days but did not completely go away. The location was a bit far for me and LDP can be quite jam especially at peak hours."
