"I love how clean the room is... it's well-organized, too. There's a parking spot—which is fantastic, especially in Chicago—and the staff is available at all times. The air conditioning works very well."

"A lot of little things not kept in good condition. Coffee table swayed and was about to collapse. Bed frames on enery room we have stayed in area squeaky. Some outlets and bedside lamp USBs were not in working order. Almost daily dumpster emptying at apartment next door right under quite a few rooms' windows very early in the morning. (I had messaged property twice for a quiet room away from such noises and they did not respond) Having said that, we are past and future guests, but just wish things were up to par for the expense."
