Hotel Dekat Emerald Shores Reserve

"Place is in good part of Tauranga city center. Standard room i booked was a little too small for my husband and myself situation up stairs at corner front of motel. Next I will make sure the room is alot bigger and more room for price customer pays"

"Really impressed with our stay at Quest Tauranga. The location was very convenient, and the rooms were modern, tidy and spotlessly clean. Great in-room amenities, including a lovely selection of teas. Everything was comfortable and well thought out. Would happily stay again."

"Good experience, hygiene is really important for me and happy to see room was in very clean condition"

"Really helpful staff. Room was clean and tidy, bed was a bit softer than I’d prefer but otherwise no complaints. Would stay again. Cafe nearby was good for breakfast."

"This is a great central location with a short walk to the cbd in Tauranga. Good room and comfortable bed. Very helpful staff and a warm welcome. Only issue was wifi speed in the room but they took my feedback and will see what they can do to improve it."

"Lovely accommodation, would stay again"

"Easy access and secure parking. Friendly staff with a clean and tidy room"

"Room was amazing, better than some hotels that I’ve stayed in. Very clean, great amenities in the room, next door to the Plaza shopping centre."

"Very clean room, had everything we needed. Staff very pleasant too. Handy location with good off street parking"

"Easy parking, clean & quiet"

"Very clean. Nice staff. Needs air con, only had a fan. They also have a no alcohol policy that is not advertised anywhere."

"Clean spacious room, great parking. Helpful staff"

"Bel emplacement et chambre confortable"

"The shared accommodation was atrocious, room was nasty and not well maintained, walls and floor were dirty. Room needs to be renovated so they'll take pride in keeping it clean. I definitely will not be back nor will I recommend that room to anyone"
