"I used to stay at this hotel monthly. I have since moved to the area and now when my family come to visit they stay here. The elevator never works which is really inconvenient trying to get kids up and down from the top floor several times a day. I am not sure why they would even use the rooms on the top floors knowing the elevator doesn't work or is on the brink of not working. Other than that breakfast is great. The staff is great. It's just the elevators! "

"Stayed here for just a night over Easter weekend. We were greeted by the owner, Christina. She was lovely, accommodating, and warm. She let us borrow a few things for the beach and directed us to our room. The room was nice. Two queen beds, comfortable. The A/C was cold and the TV worked. The only issue we had was the neighboring room had a dog that kept barking in the daytime, but it wasn’t really that distracting. We had a great stay, and plan on coming back. "

"Expedia booked the wrong date. I arrived and was told that I was a “ no show”. I was supposed to be there the day before. They had already been paid through Expedia but refused to credit me a room! This is greedy and terrible customer service. "
