The hotel is perfectly fine, decent amenities and a very good breakfast. But the staff - especially at reception - were not very friendly and in the public areas they seemed more interested in cleaning than in the convenience of the guests.

Das Zimmer war o. K. Das Personal ausgesprochen freundlich. Das Frühstück war wesentlich besser als erwartet. Wir haben sogar einen günstigen Parkplatz in der Nähe gefunden. Bequem über Handy buchbar!

Gute Lage zur Innenstadt. Kleine, aber saubere Zimmer. Check-in am Automaten war nicht möglich, da Zimmer nicht pünktlich um 15 Uhr fertig war. Rezeption nicht besetzt. Putzkräfte öffneten um 07:15 die verschlossene Hotelzimmertür.

Nach 23 Uhr gibt es kein Personal mehr für den Check-In. Der Check-In Computer erkennt die Buchungsnummer von Expedia nicht. Man muss die Hotline anrufen, die aber erstmal ansagt "nicht erreichbar". Es sah schon so aus, als ob wir nicht ins Hotel kommen. Dann doch der Anruf, wir sollen eine Nummer mitschreiben: Es gibt im ganzen Eingangsbereich aber keinen Tisch, Papier, oder Ablagefläche. Der Checkin klappt dann mit der Nummer zwar, aber man muss für alle Gäste umständlich Namen, Nationalität, Adresse usw. ausfüllen, das dauert zehn Minuten (und nervt nach 600 km Anfahrt). Vorher rückt der Computer die Zimmernummer nicht raus. Man kann das Handy auch nicht auf laut stellen und die Nummer ins Handy tippen, weil die ganzen Raucher im Eingangsbereich stehen - die hören ja dann die Checkin- bzw. Zimmercode. Parkplätze gibt es keine man muss fürs Ausladen auf der Straße halten. Die Zimmer sind klein, der Wohnraum in Ordnung. Das Bad nicht: Der Duschkopf ist vermodert und im Bad stinkt es nach Abwasser. Die Klimaanlage bläst eiskalte Luft ins Zimmer, auch wenn man sie eigentlich etwas wärmer gestellt hat. Leider haben wir uns nach einem Tag entschlossen, das Hotel zu wechseln. Es mag ja sein, dass B&B Hotels nicht mit "Superluxushotels" zu vergleichen sind, aber für den aufgerufenen Preis müssen die Basics stimmen. Haben sie nicht und ich ärgere mich über das hinausgeworfene Geld. Wir waren zu einem Kurs, und ein Kollege, der kurz nach uns ankam, hatte übrigens dasselbe Problem.

In Top Lage, unmittelbar in der Nähe des Zentrums und nicht weit vom Bahnhof. Da ich mit dem Fahrrad von Dortmund aus unterwegs war, war ich froh dies sicher im Hinterhof unterstellen zu können. Es gab eine vielfältige und frische Auswahl beim Frühstück, zudem sehr freundliches Personal. Das Zimmer war sauber und hat uns als 4-köpfiger Familie vollkommen gereicht. Wir waren begeistert und die Erwartungen wurden übertroffen.

Das Familienzimmer war für 4 Personen mit einem großen Hund viel zu klein!! Wir hatten kaum die Möglichkeit uns zu bewegen, ohne dem anderen auf die Füße/Pfoten zu treten! Auf der Website wurde zudem mit einem Familienzimmer geworben, dass 3x so groß war. Die Lage ist zentral, die Umgebung leider sehr dreckig!! Das Frühstück war leider nicht schön!!!! Es fehlt an Frische und Qualität,es ist sehr wenig Auswahl und täglich das selbe Angebot. Das Personal war ganz toll, großes Kompliment!

Es war ein schönes Wochenende in einem guten B&B Hotel. Es war ruhig und das Zimmer war gut. Jedoch wirkte es auf den Bildern um einiges größer und wir waren anfangs etwas verwirrt. Mit einem Kind und Hund war es gut, mit zwei Kindern bzw einem längeren Aufenthalt (mehr als ein Koffer) wäre es sehr eng geworden. Frühstück war gut, für jeden war etwas dabei und alle sind satt geworden. Uns persönlich fehlte unser Urlaubsfrühstück mit Rührei, Räucherlachs und Mett.

Für das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist das Hotel einfach unschlagbar! Das Zimmer war, bis auf die Duschwand, top sauber. Beim Fön waren wir froh, dass wir Desinfektionsmittel mitgebracht hatten. Aber das sind nur Abzüge in der B-Note. Wir haben ein tolles Hotel in top Lage vorgefunden, wo man als Familie wunderbar übernachten kann! Die Parkplatzsituation ist nicht ganz optimal, aber in der Straße "Zwischen Beiden Bleichen" (hinter dem alten ApolloKino) welche nichtmal 5min Fußweg entfernt ist, kann man super gratis parken. Der Empfang war sehr nett und uns wurde alles freundlich erklärt. Da wir unser Frühstück woanders eingenommen haben, können wir diesbezüglich keine Angabe machen. Alles in allem hätten wir es nicht besser antreffen können und sind froh, dass wir dieses Hotelzimmer gebucht haben. Beim nächsten Emden-Aufenthalt werden wir erneut hier einchecken 👍
