"Room is spacious, clean, bed is comfy. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Only downside is that too many people at breakfast and not enough seating - was chaotic and this was my 2nd stay here and same issue. Later evening parking not available underground as usually full quickly and parking available in convention center parking lot and no cost. Just make sure you register your car so no surprises. "

"This hotel is close to everything we checked out from the Hyrox race, Wheelchair Rugby, Tulip Festival, Parliament Hill, Byward Market. The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. "Historic hotel and near everything you need. Room was in such bad condition the hotel refunded the valet parking and half my stay. Exterior window frame so broken you couldn’t close the window, bed linens made up with badly stained duvet, pen scribbles on the walls, bathroom was dirty with vent so clogged with dirt it didn’t work…left with a written apology from the hotel. "We stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed this place. The room was clean and cosy, room service happened each and every day and service person was efficient. They served lot of varieties in breakfast and quality was really good. Overall, we enjoyed our stay entirely."
